THE SUBJECT’S NOTE
Aloptwah
I’ve been friends with Bearfoothunter on Instagram for quite some time. Earlier this year, we were messaging when he mentioned that he would be passing through Las Vegas. Living not too far away, the opportunity to finally meet and collaborate felt like a natural one. After a little back and forth, we made plans, and he mentioned that he would be traveling with his friend, The Seattle Dad.
I remember arriving at the hotel and making my way to the lobby to meet him. As I stood there texting, trying to figure out exactly where he was, I looked up and saw him stand. My immediate thought was, wow, he is beautiful. There was something about the way he carried himself. He was incredibly handsome, well put together, and had this warmth about him that I found instantly attractive. As we made our way toward the elevators, I couldn’t help but admire him. His style, his presence, his confidence. There was an effortless classiness to him that I loved.
When we reached the room, I was greeted by The Seattle Dad with a hug and a kiss. My first impression was his smile. He had this relaxed, welcoming energy that almost felt like an extension of Bearfoothunter’s. Both men had a natural warmth about them, and within minutes, any unfamiliarity seemed to disappear.
It wasn’t long before we were laughing, cracking jokes, and getting to know one another. They were both incredibly easy to talk to, and there was something refreshing about how comfortable everything felt. I even learned something that caught me completely by surprise over the course of meeting. I had assumed the two were married, only to discover they were simply good friends. Looking back, I suppose that speaks to the ease and familiarity they share.
I’ve never been shy about my attraction to older men, so spending time with these two was certainly a treat. And the fact that they’re both hairy? Well, that was just the cherry on top.
Although our time together was relatively short, what I appreciated most was the opportunity to experience who they were beyond the photographs and videos we so often associate with people online. Both have infectious personalities, a genuine ability to communicate, and an appreciation for capturing the male form in their own ways. And, as I came to discover, both are excellent kissers.
But beyond the attraction, what stayed with me was how naturally they embraced themselves. There was no need to perform or become something other than who they already were. They were simply two men enjoying themselves, sharing a moment, and allowing the experience to unfold.
For me, that’s part of what makes intimacy so beautiful. It doesn’t have to look one particular way. Sometimes it’s found in a kiss, a quiet exchange, the worship of another man’s feet, or the simple act of appreciating someone’s body. These expressions may look different, but each can carry its own sense of tenderness, desire, and connection.
As you explore this editorial, I hope you see beyond the physical and recognize the individuality of both men. Their warmth, their confidence, their playfulness, and the freedom they find in expressing intimacy on their own terms.
Because sometimes the most captivating thing a person can offer is simply the freedom to be themselves.
THE CONVERSATION
Do you remember the first time you posted your feet online? Were you already using the name Bearfoothunter, or did that identity develop over time?
I probably posted my feet for the first time online in 2006. I was Bearfoothunter at that point. I used that name to sign up for an account because it had to have a first and a last name… and that was the best thing I could come up with on the fly. It worked out pretty well overall.
When you strip away the identity you’ve created and the way others perceive you, who are you in the moments when no one is watching?
I’m not quite sure how to answer your second question. There is definitely a difference between me and my online persona. There is definitely overlap but there’s definitely difference between them and I’m not exactly sure how I would succinctly describe that.
Your name suggests a particular fascination. What is it about feet that draws you in, and when did you first recognize that attraction as part of your sexuality?
I just think that feet are another part of the body that show a lot of character. They’re very different from person to person and some of them I find very appealing
Fetishes are often reduced to the physical, but desire can be deeply psychological. What does your attraction to feet represent to you beyond the body itself?
There is definitely a physical attraction for me for hands and feet for certain people, and I also think there’s just so much pleasure that can be derived from worshiping them
What is it about another man’s masculinity that awakens something in you? Is it his physical presence, the way he carries himself, or something more instinctive?
I am more attracted to masculine men and hairy men in general. There are definitely some strong exceptions to that rule, but that’s certainly would be an overall descriptive that would fit .
What is something about you that most people would never guess?
I am much more of an introvert than I think most people would expect. I don’t really enjoy big groups or being in the middle of the attention. I would rather stay off to the side and I think that’s probably a big surprise for most people.
Intimacy sometimes requires us to relinquish control. What allows you to lower your defenses and become completely present with another man?
For me to relinquish control is going to take a great level of comfort, that that person has got me in their care and they want to take care of me and control me.
Do your deepest desires reflect the man you present to the world, or do they reveal a side of yourself that few people would expect?
I think the desires that I show online do represent me. They show the things that I enjoy sharing about myself and I look for in others.
Looking back on our shoot together, was there a particular moment that stood out to you? Did the experience reveal anything unexpected about yourself or the way you connect with another man?
It was great to meet you and see that you as an are as handsome in person as you are in your media and definitely enjoyed undressing and holding and kissing you.
